Edward S. Hruska III

Edward Hruska is a South Dakota native. He received his undergraduate degree from South Dakota State University in 2011, and his Law Degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2014. He was admitted to the South Dakota State Bar in 2014, as an Accredited Attorney to the US Department of Veteran Affairs in 2014, and the United States District Court for the District of South Dakota in 2015. Immediately following law school, Edward clerked for the circuit court of the 5th Judicial Circuit.

Edward enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 2002. While in the Marines, he was deployed for two separate tours of duty. After his honorable discharge in 2006, he reenlisted into the South Dakota Army National Guard. He currently is serving as a First Lieutenant in the Judge Advocates General’s Corps with the 196th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade.

Edward enjoys spending time with his family, community, and church. He also enjoys playing bluegrass music, and outdoor activities like fishing, kayaking, and running.
